Users’ data, submitted by users e.g. by using contact forms, are stored in our secure databases protected by and accessible only through secure channels of communication – except payment data, which goes directly to our payment service providers through secure channels of communication as well – App-Ray has no access to your payment data at all.
These types of user data, requested by contact forms / user registration forms include: Full name, Business email address, Company name, Tax Identification Code, Billing address. Visitors may provide their data using contact forms, user registration forms and newsletter subscriptions. We only approach customers upon explicit consent/request from them. Users’ data are handled and stored no longer than it is necessary: that means, until we maintain conversation, we have existing contract or otherwise required. We tend to refrain from cold calls and we do not spam our leads and customers; further, we do not sell users’ data to third parties and we do not share users’ data with advertisers.
App-Ray does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 16. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
This Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website with regards to the information that they shared and/or collect at app-ray.co. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website.
We tend to maintain B2B relations, therefore our target audience is focused on companies, therefore our data handled is supposed to be of users and inquiriers representing companies and as such, regulations like GDPR or CCPA may not be applicable.
